ICX CRM Add-On for Microsoft 365 Outlook
ICX CRM Add-On for Outlook empowers CRM users to use Outlook account to perform many actions including:
- Create Lead, Contact, Account, Opportunity, Case in the CRM systems, from Outlook.
- Search and view customer history from Outlook.
- Archive customer emails to the CRM systems.
In addition, user can also use Outlook Calendar to create Meetings, Calls, Tasks in ICX CRM and automatically sync appointments between Outlook Calendar and ICX CRM.
