ICX CRM Add-On for Gmail
ICX CRM Add-On for Gmail empowers CRM users to use Google Workspace account to perform many actions including:
- Create Lead, Contact, Account, Opportunity, Case in the CRM systems, from Gmail.
- Search and view customer history from Gmail.
- Archive customer emails to the CRM systems.
In addition, user can also use Google Calendar to create Meetings, Calls, Tasks in ICX CRM and automatically sync appointments between Google Calendar and ICX CRM.
